Leonis Management began operations in White Rock in 1976. We are entering our 36th year in business, specializing in the administration of residential Strata Corporations. Our offices are now centrally located in the Surrey area, making it convenient to attend for all our clients. With our experience we are well positioned to continue to grow as a company, built on sound business principles and consistent service, meeting the needs of our Strata Corporation clients.

As a local company built almost exclusively on referral, we are very aware of the responsibility we carry in the successful administration of Strata Corporations for our clients.

Our team includes a knowledgeable and very experienced management team including a Certified General Accountant who specialized in Strata Corporation Audits, experienced Strata Property Agents and skilled administrative and accounting support staff.

Throughout our years of operation we have seen the many changes and complexities that have become synonymous with strata living and in turn, the administration of Strata Corporations.

We have seen over decades the changes from the Strata Titles Act, to the Condominium Act, to the present Strata Property Act and the increased complexities that we assist our clients in administering. We also understand that our business and industry is one that is constantly influenced by decisions made by bodies and organizations outside of our industry ie changes in taxation, changes with respect to the protection of personal information and privacy, but to name two. With the continued oversight and support of the Real Estate Council of British Columbia in their continued administration and enforcement of the Real Estate Services Act, we are confident that going forward homeowners living in Strata Corporations can feel secure that their administration is being carried out in an secure and consistent manner to the advancement of their Strata Corporation collectively, and not to the advantage or detriment of any specific Owner or Owners within the Strata Corporation.
